Delivery timelines
Within Kerala, orders typically arrive in 2–4 business days. Across the rest of India, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We often run free-shipping offers above a minimum order value — we’ll confirm the exact amount on WhatsApp before you pay.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll share the courier and tracking details over WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door.
Delays
Occasionally, weather, public holidays or courier issues can cause delays beyond our control. If your order is running late, message us and we’ll chase it up for you.
